As CAKE enters its 4th year (we must be having a high old time, because the time flew!), it's intriguing to see patterns developing in the newsletter. For one, January 2010 presents us with the opportunity to launch our 2nd Annual Photograph Of The Year contest. As with last year's inaugural contest, we began by knocking at the door of regional shooters and laying claim to their out-of-the-ordinary Wedding photographs. The result being, one special picture that caught our eye appearing each month as CAKE's Photograph Of The Month.
Over the years, CAKE's devoted no small amount of ink touting our admiration for Wine Country photographers. The sweep of their talent is striking, exerting an outsize influence on Destination Wedding photography. Channeling Ansel Adams, these über-shooters surf en vogue photography trends, delivering the goods with stop-dead-in-your-tracks-gorgeous Bridal portraits.
Brides arriving in Temecula Valley are standing at the door to their future. Wine Country photographers open that door and Brides simply have to walk through.
